Here’s a step closer for you to own your first home.

Effective July 1, 2017, First Home Buyers are now eligible for either a stamp duty exemption or concession!

For properties up to $650,000, first home buyers are exempt from stamp duty. This means a savings of $24,740 on a $650,000 home!

For properties between $650,000 and $800,000, the stamp duty concession will be gradually reduced.
